*Users are responsible for backing up all data before work commences. PC RESCUE assumes no responsibility for loss of data.
*Some old computers can not be repaired due to lack of available parts or software which may no longer be commercially
available.
*Visiting times are approximate though every attempt will be made to meet the arranged schedule.
*There is a NO FIX NO FEE policy in place for customers.
*Computer repairs are valid for 5 DAYS for free home visit if errors still occur after fixing.
*If parts are required, these must be paid for at time of ordering.
*PAYPAL is only accepted for goods ordered online.
*Cheque or cash accepted for home visits or repairs on the day.
*Abuse by customers will be taken seriously. PC RESCUE will withdraw all services from those who act in an abusive or
threatening way.
*Virus contamination is the responsibility of the user and not PC RESCUE. Call outs for virus removal soon after fixing
will incur normal charge for home visiting unless you are a member of the ComputaCare Scheme.
